In cooperation with its parent company, Aon Corporation, Olympic has established a corporate-wide Business Continuity Program and Disaster Recovery Plan, to protect the integrity, privacy of information, and quality of service, in the event of a disaster.

The program includes activities that prepare our employees to respond appropriately to emergencies and disasters. It enables Olympic to facilitate the restoration or recovery of the most critical business functions. It provides for coordination between Aon and appropriate governmental or other public service entities, to assure the further protection of affected employees, community members, and company assets. The Disaster Recovery Plan is reviewed and updated monthly to ensure that any changes to business processes are integrated.
