To ensure the success of a new client implementation, a project manager and group services manager are assigned to the group. Cooperatively, they will manage the internal implementation team and project plan.

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for oversight of the Administrator's internal implementation. Examples of Project Manager oversight responsibilities include:

  • System plan benefits configuration

  • Coordination of ID card development

  • Coordination of enrollment packet

  • Coordination of welcome kit

  • Coordination of plan specific training for enrollment

  • Training of claims and customer service representatives

  • Establishing connectivity for data feeds

  • Testing to ensure functionality

The Group Services Manager is primarily responsible for communications and managing implementation coordination with the client. Responsibilities include:

  • General client communications

  • Meeting coordination and documentation

  • Management of group specifications and plan design requirements

  • Marketing materials coordination & development

  • Custom web site development

Olympic's implementation team cooperatively coordinates the administration as well as special claims training, HIPAA compliance, warm-transfers to third party call centers (such as Pharmacy Benefit Managers), establishment of a claims trust account, preparation and distribution of 1099 forms, and annually provides the client with Form 5500 data.
