both the client and member with a seamless enrollment process. Olympic consistently processes 95% of all clean,
new applications or enrollments within four business days. Olympic can customize enrollment materials with
the client's logo, print and mail directly to the member's home, or provide the client with the materials
for direct handling.

In-service meetings can be scheduled to provide group members with an educational session on plan benefits and
allow the members to ask questions. For groups that have national enrollment, regional conference calls or
webcasts can be arranged in lieu of onsite meetings.
