In this recent office AV deployment, we implemented a standardized conferencing solution designed to deliver reliability, simplicity, and professional performance across multiple room types.
The boardroom serves as the centerpiece of the installation, anchored by a 98-inch professional display from Samsung. A conferencing camera and Zoom Room codec from Poly enable high-quality video meetings for executive presentations and remote collaboration. Three ceiling microphone arrays from Biamp capture clear speech from participants throughout the room, while pendant speakers powered by a Crestron amplifier provide consistent, intelligible audio coverage.
To support flexible collaboration, the boardroom also includes optional wireless presentation capability using Barco ClickShare BYOD conferencing. This allows participants to present content or host meetings directly from their laptops without complicated setup, ensuring compatibility across multiple conferencing platforms.
Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 were designed for consistency and ease of use, each featuring 65-inch displays paired with integrated video bar conferencing solutions from Logitech. A smaller meeting room uses a compact conferencing video bar system that maintains the same intuitive Zoom Room control experience while scaling appropriately for the space.
Beyond conferencing rooms, a lobby information display provides a professional digital communication touchpoint for visitors and employees. Room scheduling touchscreens installed outside meeting spaces help teams quickly locate available rooms and manage calendars efficiently.
