Ohm Systems recently had the pleasure of working with the well-known Portland architecture firm, Mahlum Architects, to design and install audio/video systems at their brand new office in Southeast Portland.
Mahlum started with a blank slate by re-purposing a former industrial building. They analyzed the needs of their staff and strategically divided the space into an open office with a series of conference rooms and break out spaces, all equipped with high end teleconference, presentation, and audio/video systems.
In addition to a careful attention to design and detail, Mahlum also achieved Living Building Certification for this project, which required all construction trades to meet certain requirements regarding sustainability.
