NBP Capital’s philosophy when it comes to their office spaces is as follows: “Our offices reflect our commitment to revitalizing and bringing new life to historic spaces. With this duality of past and future in mind, Ohm Systems was tasked with outfitting their new headquarters in NW Portland, a building designated by the National Register of Historic Places, with the most current audio/video systems.

A combination of pendant and surface mounted speakers throughout the open-office space, lobby, roof deck and mezzanine provide universal audio coverage while blending in seamlessly with the white ceiling. The main conference room and multiple huddle spaces are all outfitted with video-conferencing equipment (including the newest table top microphones from Shure) and interactive displays, which are easily controlled through intuitive, custom-programmed Crestron touchscreens. IPads are professionally mounted outside the conference rooms to allow employees to interface with a room scheduling app, making it easy to see if the rooms are reserved, and what the upcoming room schedule is.
