Oregon State Credit Union partnered with Ohm Systems to modernize their boardroom’s AV infrastructure—bringing simplicity, clarity, and performance to every meeting. This AV refresh ensures the space is ready for the demands of today’s hybrid communication needs while maintaining an intuitive, clean design.

A key upgrade was the replacement of legacy microphones with a state-of-the-art Shure MicroFlex Advance beamforming ceiling mic. Strategically suspended between acoustic clouds and finely tuned for optimal pickup, it allows natural conversation flow without table clutter. The system is powered by a new Biamp DSP and Dante audio, offering clear audio conferencing.

Visual upgrades include replacing the legacy projector with a high-performance Epson short-throw laser projector. This change eliminates sightline issues and improves screen positioning. A new PTZ auto-framing camera now captures in-room attendees, making hybrid meetings more engaging. The camera and AV routing are managed through an updated Extron touchscreen interface—designed for ease of use.

Wireless presentation is now effortless thanks to the addition of a Barco ClickShare system, with both wireless and wired options available. Two new 75-inch 4K displays mirror the admin’s second monitor, providing dynamic, independent content sharing for all participants.
